- Search
This functionality in your Mail app is highly intuitive and is very useful when trying to find any email that may have been lost or buried somewhere in your inbox. - Sending Attachments
As stated, you can easily send images and files by attaching them to your message quite easily. All you need is to click on the paper clip icon and browse your Mac for the relevant file in question. You may also create an attachment within the Mail app, such as a watermark or signature, by holding the Control button and clicking anywhere on the text box. A prompt will pop up and from there you can select Insert Drawing. This will allow you to free draw an image, signature or anything you want, then attach it before sending.
- Folders
You can easily create folders to keep everything organized and operated, especially if you are dealing with both work and personal stuff. You may create an email folder by clicking on your Mail app, selecting Mailbox > New Mailbox. From there, simply create the folder and you can now be dragging your emails into the mailbox folder. The folder will usually be situated on the left-hand section menu.
